キャンセル規定
Cancellation Policy

お客様のご都合によりキャンセルとなった場合は、体験費用に対して以下のキャンセル料金がかかかかります。
参加条件を満たしていないことが判明した場合も、お客様都合のキャンセルとして100％のキャンセル料がかかりますのでご注意ください。
なお、天候等の理由により主催者判断での中止の場合はキャンセル料は発生いたしません。

If you cancel due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply to the activity cost. Please note that if it is determined you do not meet the participation requirements, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged, treated as a cancellation due to your own circumstances. Please be aware that no cancellation fee will be incurred if the activity is canceled by the organizer due to reasons such as weather.
